2003 graduated from Telkom University, Indonesia, with a B.Sc of Electrical Engineering and have joined Telkomsel over the past 20 years. 

I'm now the General Manager of Network Digitalization at Telkomsel Indonesia with the responsibility of developing business growth Autonomous Networks use cases, process automation & talent development. 

Prior to this role, I have many great contributions to the Indonesia Telco Industry under various senior roles in Telkomsel Network Operation & Maintenance, Network Quality Optimization, and Network Planning with specialties includes operating platform agility, data-driven network root cause analysis, network performance improvement, elevating customer experience, and boosting network productivity.
