Dave, a TM Forum Distinguished Fellow, is the TM Forum Chief Architect looking across  Open Digital Architecture, Autonomous Networks & AI programs and has working the telecom industry for over 40 years.
In the Autonomous Network Program Dave is driving the development of architecture and intent based interface specifications; And developing operational practices for the operation and lifecycle management of Autonomous Networks. His current focus is on the transformation steps to evolving from  current process centric OSS to delegation /intent Based models using autonomous domains.  Such approach enables independent innovation by implementors e.g. use of AI, such that independent implementations can be integrated to meet the operational needs of Communication Service Providers.

He graduated from Imperial College London with a BSc in Electrical Engineering, and an MSc in telecommunications engineering from Essex University, He is a Member of the IET and active in a local University of the Third Age study program.
