Frederic Desnoes has been working for 20 years in the Internet and telecom industries. He has been involved with TM Forum for the past five years and promotes the eco-system approach of TM Forum as well as its vision of open interoperable systems.
He joined Orange 15 years ago, first in the Business division or Orange as a Project Director in the field operations, managing teams of experts and technicians to deliver complex integration solutions for business customers.
Since 2015, Frederic joined the corporate entity responsible for Global innovation in the Networks division, first as responsible for monitoring strategy in the quality and operations department and then as a manager in the core network department.
Since 2022, Frederic is involved in research projects related to autonomous networks, QoS and Observability of cloud native network functions.
Prior to Orange, Frederic hold various positions as System engineer and as an expert of access technologies for IP services, driving the first deployments of xDSL technologies for SITA EQUANT and participating to the development of modular software based IP routers.
Frederic has an engineering degree from CentraleSupelec in France and a Master of Science in EE from Georgia Tech in the US.
