Idit serves as the Head of ESG | Corporate Responsibility, Inclusion & Wellbeing in Amdocs [NASDAQ: DOX] – a global telecommunications software & services company with over 30,000 employees worldwide. In this role, Idit manages Amdocs’ over-arching impact umbrella, which focuses on improving the lives of people in the communities, fostering diversity & inclusion, promoting sustainability with technologies, prioritizing employee wellbeing and driving change with leaders in our industry.
Through her work, she is responsible for ensuring that Amdocs’ global CSR & ESG strategies create lasting value by enhancing business performance, establishing extensive positive social impact programs both externally and internally, and promoting, encouraging and supporting employee engagement. Idit also oversees cross-sector partnerships and stakeholder engagement. She serves as an industry expert and thought-leader on the topics of CSR, ESG, diversity & inclusion and wellbeing. 

Idit is a certified lawyer, with 20 years of experience, working in the public, private and non-for-profit sectors, mainly in the fields of communication, international law, strategic partnerships, social impact and employee engagement.
