Julia Martinez Arenas

Customer Experience Manager - Telefónica

Julia Martinez has more than 25 years of professional experience working mainly with Mobile Networks, Operations and Customer Experience. She has been working in several countries as Sweden, Finland, USA, France, Holland and Spain for different telecom companies, vendors as Ericsson and Nokia and operators as Telefonica and Telia. She holds a PhD in Mobile Communications and she has been working as well as Associate Professor at the University of Alcala de Henares. 
During the last 15 years, she has been working at Telefonica where she has been holding several positions. Currently, she is  working as Customer Experience Manager from the network point of view at Global CTIO Office within the direction of Operational Transformation.
