Kevin is serving the role as Asia Program Director, TM Forum. Prior to TM Forum, Kevin has served for several famous companies and taken the roles as technical trainer, consultant, solution specialist, etc. Kevin has provided the consulting and training service to the telecom operators and organizations from over 30 counties. 
Kevin has deep knowledge in network and IT domain including network management, network automation, service management, business enablement, etc. Kevin has translated and published five books written by global telecom industry thought leaders.
