Overall responsible for operation & support Enterprise of IT applications and systems (CRM, BSS, OSS, and SOA) integration by providing technical expertise in the design development and implementation of new features or enhancement to systems/applications integration architecture and process automation. In his carrier he involved main project implementation such as OSS, BSS, and CRM in IT as project manager and project support deploying in MSAN, FTTH, LTE, and IMS in network domain. Also lead the inhouse development as IT solutions provider to enhance the business process.
