He leads the digital transformation of next generation OSS in the areas of Orchestration, Plan & Build, Inventory Management, Business Process & Workflow Management, Activation, Capacity Planning, Network Optimization and Autonomous Network, to enable higher level of network management automation and business agility. He is driving NetDevOps driven self-serve digital capabilities for BT’s networks in UK and Global.
