Per joined Trivium in September 2006 and is a co-founder the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY ® method.  He was part of Excutive Discovery, the started up that developed and managed LEGO SERIOUS PLAY, and later Head of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY in LEGO.
