Risa Masuda serves as the Communications Manager at Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT). Risa is responsible for all external communications and building relationships and securing strategic partnership to support the IT execution and operation of the NTT Group. She also oversees the team’s global strategic marketing activities including advertising, social media, events, and interviews. With her support, NTT has been named as a finalist for the Project Management Institute Japan upon completing one of the world’s largest big bang ERP implementations to standardize back-office operation across 115 group companies. She also provides oversight, coordination, and support for cross-culture communications in and out of the company.
