Ross McWalter has been with AWS 4.5 years and currently leads the Telecom Applications Business Development practice in the AWS Telecom Industry Business Unit. Ross helps CSPs worldwide evolve into data-driven organizations, and to reinvent themselves via data and AI/ML. Prior to AWS, Ross was Head of Big Data and Customer Experience Management for North America at Ericsson. Ross has worked in various technical and leadership roles in the telecom field for over 20 years.
