Narayanan (“TS”) in an executive with a global experience in the Telecom industry for over 36 years, At Global Cloud Xchange (GCX), TS is responsible for driving overall technical vision, ensuring that the appropriate systems, applications and infrastructure and security posture, to support GCX’s strategic objectives.

TS has held a number of exec roles in the telco industry across both the Telco Service Provider and System Integrator segments across UK, Nordics, and India.

TS was with Tech Mahindra for 18 years in leadership roles in technology, delivery, business development, strategic corporate development and leading the Telco technology solutions and delivery organization in Europe.

TS has worked for 13 years with telcos in India, the Department of Telecommunications (now BSNL) and Aircel, leading their technology development, network planning and rollout of TDM, GSM and VAS.

TS has also been a member of the Government of India’s Indian Telecommunications Services (ITS) , from the 1986 batch of ITS officers.

He has been a speaker at a number of industry events related to technology, telco transformation, diversity, sourcing and other relevant subjects.
