stand build up

Build-up times:

• Saturday 15 June from 7:30 am – 7:30 pm
• Sunday 16 June from 7:30 am – 7:30 pm
• Monday 17 June from 7:30 am – 7:30 pm

All stands must be completed by 7:30 pm on Monday, 17 June.

• Dismantle times:
  Thursday 20 June from 3:00 pm – 10:30 pm

After build-up and dismantle timings, TM Forum and Bella Center Copenhagen will perform a walk through checking all build/dismantle is complete, aisles are clear, and all waste and empties have been removed.   Please refer to the waste removal section for details on our waste removal policy and how to order waste removal services from the Bella Centre.

If a stand is not complete within the given timings, overtime charges are applicable.
